Lead a Study Abroad Program
The Office of Study Abroad (OSA) is excited that you are interested in developing a faculty-led study abroad program. The information here should help you create the program, attract students, and have a successful study abroad experience.
Proposal Deadlines:
Winter 2026/27 programs - May 1, 2026 - Winter Proposal
Spring Break 2027 programs - July 15, 2026 - Spring Break Proposal
Summer 2027 programs - September 1, 2026 - Summer Proposal
Faculty-led Leadership Training Session:
All program leaders must attend a Study Abroad Faculty Director Training session. Sessions will be held multiple times throughout the year, and each leader must attend one session every three years.
2026-27 Sessions will be held in Walker Hall, room 231 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM on the following days:
- Friday, October 23
- Friday, February 19
- Friday, April 16
